This Weekend's Open Houses In Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport's open houses this weekend cluster in the North End and Lake Forest, from a ranch across from the lake to a six-bedroom Colonial on a double lot with a pool. In Black Rock, a house on Clarkson Street comes with city approval for an apartment over its garage, according to its listing.

Fourteen Bridgeport homes are holding open houses Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8, with prices from $249,900 to $799,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Nov. 7

661 Chopsey Hill Road, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m.), $595,000. This four-bedroom, three-bath home sits on a 0.31-acre lot in the North End, which the listing calls a rare find in the city, with a large yard, a deck, a two-car garage and an unfinished basement. It has 2,094 square feet.

1046 Sylvan Avenue, noon to 2 p.m. (also Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m.), $430,000. This four-bedroom, two-bath home in the North End has an updated kitchen with quartz counters and a full bath on each floor. It has 1,586 square feet.
