Wreck Space, Escape Room Opens In Downtown Bridgeport
If 2020 left you wanting to destroy things, then there's a new business to satisfy that urge.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A business billing itself as a wreck space and escape room has opened in Bridgeport, according to The Connecticut Post. Aunt Spazz is located at 40 Fairfield Ave. and features a room for wrecking stuff along with a separate space for escape room games.
Owners Mercedes and Jasmine Miller hope the new downtown location will draw people looking for an inexpensive way to vent pent-up anxiety and frustration from pandemic. The married couple opened the business with their sisters July 4, according to The Connecticut Post.
According to Aunt Spazz's website: "Sista's LLC has created a safe and exciting place for you to use critical thinking and get your wrecking on! Leave the cleaning to us. What is a wreck (rage) room you might ask? A wreck room is a therapeutic space where an individual can destroy things for entertainment. After a year like 2020, we deserve to take some time to let loose and express ourselves in a judgement-free zone."
