Four Brookfield homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, with prices from $699,999 to $995,000, according to Zillow.com.

The lower level is finished. It's a four-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,814 square feet.
2 Longview Drive, 1:30 to 3 p.m., $699,999. Completely renovated with lake views, this 1954 house has new siding, roof, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, a heat-pump HVAC system, upgraded electrical service and a new septic system, according to the listing. The vaulted living room has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a mahogany deck and stone patio face the water. It's a two-bedroom, one-bath home with 768 square feet.
Make a weekend of it: Saturday, Signal Hill Road is open 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, start at Christian Lane at 10 a.m., go to North Lake Shore Drive at 11, and end with the lake view on Longview Drive at 1:30 p.m.
