Ability Beyond Disability Names Dorothy Leary Human Resources Business Partner-Total Rewards Program

Ability Beyond Disability, one of the Northeast’s largest agencies providing services to people with disabilities, appoints Dorothy Leary as Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on Total Rewards. It was announced by Thomas H. Fanning, President/CEO of the organization.

In her role as Human Resources Business Partner, Ms. Leary will be overseeing salary and benefit offerings, employee recognition, and health and wellness initiatives.

 Ms. Leary comes to Ability Beyond Disability with over twenty years of experience in the Human Resources field. She most recently started an HR Department at Neeltran Incorporated, a manufacturing company in New Milford. Ms. Leary has also served as a Corporate Recruiter for GE Capital.

 Ms. Leary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University.

 Dorothy resides in Brookfield with her husband, Paul, two sons, Kevin and Sean, and a golden Retriever named Molly.

Ability Beyond Disability is a 501{c} (3) organization headquartered in Bethel, Conn. and Mount Kisco, N.Y.
