Have you ever wondered how you can help your neighbors and community?
The Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company is always looking for dedicated people to join our talented group of volunteers. Our diverse membership consists of men and women of ages 18-85 and backgrounds of all different kinds. We are more than just Firefighters and EMT's, we are a family.
Collectively, we respond to more than 2,000 emergencies every year. As the town changes, the need for talented personnel grows as well.

So, how can you help?
Through a partnership with Newtown Ambulance we are hosting an EMT Class right here in Brookfield. This class will give you the skills and knowledge to become a crucial member of the EMS community. Our instructors are your local EMT’s and Paramedics which will give you “real-world” experience and education. No matter what age or background you come from you will be able to make a positive difference in our community.
