Brookfield Library Referendum Results
Voters took to the polls Tuesday on a referendum to expand the library's footprint.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Voters objected to a plan to expand the library's footprint at a cost of $14.7 million in a referendum Tuesday.
The plan called for a new 35,000 square foot library. The results were 2,244 to 1,143, according to the News-Times.
Turnout was 30 percent.
