BROOKFIELD, CT — A Brookfield fire company has loaned out some of its hardware to a neighboring company.
The Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company has contributed one of their three ambulances to the Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Company while that Bethel first responder has theirs repaired, a spokesman wrote on their Facebook page.
Stony Hill expressed its crew's appreciation of the magnanimous gesture from its mutual aid partner on their own Facebook page:
