BROOKFIELD, CT — The students are looking ahead to the holiday break, your local district is looking hard at several available jobs it needs to fill.
It's important to note that these positions are either vacant or mandated by the state or federal government. The school system is not adding new positions to the budget. Over the past decade, school districts have been reducing positions as enrollment has continued to drop across the state and county.
