Brookfield Schools To Remain On Hybrid Schedule Next Week
Brookfield schools will remain on a hybrid schedule next week due to a significant spike in coronavirus cases over the past two weeks.

BROOKFIELD, CT – Brookfield schools will remain on a hybrid schedule next week due to a significant spike in coronavirus cases over the past two weeks, officials announced Friday.
In a message to families, Superintendent John Barile said due to Brookfield's status is now being red, grades K-8 will postpone the plan to return to 100 percent in-person learning and will remain on a hybrid schedule for next week.
Kindergarten students will continue attending school four days per week either in the morning or the afternoon with Wednesday being a remote learning day for all students.

Brookfield High School will also continue on its hybrid schedule, and remaining fall athletic schedules will continue this weekend and through next week.
