Brookfield VFW Hosts Veterans Day Ceremony-Williams Park SAT 11AM
The Community Is Encouraged To Attend and Pay Tribute to Brookfield's Veterans.

On, Saturday November 10, 2018 at 11 AM, the Brookfield VFW Post 10201 will host a ceremony honoring the community’s veterans for their service to the country. The event will take place at Williams Memorial Park on Whisconier Road (Route 25) across from the Brookfield Public Library.
The community is encouraged to attend and pay tribute to the Brookfield Veterans. Post Commander Joseph Beal will lead a ceremony which will include a military procession and posting of the colors, followed by a flag raising and call to present arms.
A wreath will be placed on the Memorial Monument at the Park. Beal will deliver an address to those in attendance followed by a closing prayer by Post Chaplain Carl Monte. At the conclusion of the observance, VFW members and other ceremonial participants will march down Whisconier Road (Route 25) to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where a reception with complimentary refreshments will take place.
