Brookfield Woman Tried to Steal $100 in Makeup From Walmart
The Brookfield woman has four prior convictions and was also charged with risk of injury to a child.

A Brookfield woman was arrested Saturday after she attempted to steal $100 in makeup from Walmart, according to the News Times.
Thirty-four-year-old Louisa Davanh Kokhammany was charged with third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury or impairing the morals of a child.
According to court records, Kokhammany was charged and found guilty in four similar incidents:
- Oct. 2008: Charged with 6th Degree Larceny, Class C Misdemeanor
- July 2010: Charged with 6th Degree Larceny, Class C Misdemeanor
- Dec. 2011: Charged with 6th Degree Larceny, Class C Misdemeanor
- Dec. 2014: Charged with 6th Degree Larceny, Class C Misdemeanor
