Brookfield Lions discuss Diabetes Awareness at their Annual Charity Breakfast

At the Brookfield Lions 15th Annual Charity Breakfast held November 22, 2019 at Michael’s at the Grove in Bethel, Dr. Cem Demirci, Medical Director for the Diabetes Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center discussed the history of Diabetes and the new technologies that help with the care and management of the disease. He also discussed the Connecticut camp for children with diabetes that was established and is supported by the Connecticut Lions.
