GRAD PARTY 2013 – Saturday, June 22nd VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

To All Parents of BHS Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors: In order to make this year’s Grad Party a success, we are still in need of many volunteers to staff the rooms and events that our graduates participate in. We need your help! Please consider volunteering some of your time to chaperone an area for one or two shifts. The shift times are: 1st Shift: Arrive 10:30pm / Depart 2:00am 2nd Shift: Arrive 1:45am / Depart 5:00am Clean-up: Arrive 5:00am The areas that need volunteers are: Casino, Inside Entrance/Check-in, Night Club, Back Bar/Café (2nd shift only), Game Room #1 (electronic games), Game Room #2 (non-electronic games), Nerf Room, Kitchen, Inflatables, Gifts and Prizes, Rest & Relaxation, or you can be a Floater. Also, please let Tracy know if you would like to help with decorating/set-up during the three days/evenings prior to Grad Party and we will be sure to email you the decorating schedule.
