Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Set for Brookfield

Bring your car waxes, fluorescent bulbs, insecticides, oven cleaners, chemistry sets, flea powder, moth balls, engine degreasers...

BROOKFIELD, CT — Residents of Brookfield may drop off their hazardous waste at John Pettibone Community Center on Pickett District Road in New Milford this Sat., Sept. 22.

The event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be hosted by the Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority.
