Marvelwood has a 2nd Fulbright Scholar on its faculty!

Congratulations to faculty member Valentin Dumitrascu P'19, who has been awarded a Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching. He will be studying in India for 4-6 months beginning January, 2017. Originally from Moldova, Valentin has been at The Marvelwood School since 2009, and teaches world history, US history (AP and regular), and international relations; he also coaches JV boys soccer, and is coordinator of the School's Civic Life Project.
Valentin is Marvelwood's second Fulbright scholar: Dr. Elizabeth Radday is currently in Jyvaskyla, Finland with her family, learning about that country's approach to special education.
