Need To Unload A Christmas Tree In Brookfield? Call A Boy Scout
Troop 5 will be picking up trees the first two Saturdays in January.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Looking for the smartest way to get rid of that Christmas tree that's only getting drier and more flammable by the minute? The Boy Scouts have you covered.
Each year Troop 5 holds a fundraiser to collect and recycle discarded Christmas trees, and this year's pick-up has been scheduled for the first two Saturdays in January.
Contact the scouts online to arrange to have your tannenbaum trucked away. The scouts will arrange for the trees to be recycled into mulch for other projects.
