Pediatric Office in Brookfield Celebrates One Year!!!

It seemed like yesterday when Dr. Nandini Kogekar and Dr. Vicente Garcia opened their new pediatric office in Brookfield, CT. Since then, they have been providing high quality pediatric care to patients in town and in the surrounding Greater Danbury area.

The new practice has earned enthusiastically positive reviews for providing expert pediatric care in a timely manner: obtaining a same day appointment for a sick child is priceless, especially for busy working parents. Patients also love the personal "feel" of the office, with just 2 doctors who are familiar with each and every child.

A great addition is the nutritional services provided by Molly Basak-Smith, RD. She gives dietary advice to help families with picky eaters , celiac disease patients, overweight/underweight kids, and 7 mo. olds in need of more solid food options, to name a few. Her valuable services are incorporated in the office visit with the doctor.

Last but not least, the parent company, Children's and Women's Physicians of Westchester, has joined Boston Children's Hospital and has been renamed Boston Children's Health Physicians. Now they have better access to the expertise of the nation's #1 pediatric hospital while providing superior patient care close to home.
