BROOKFIELD, CT —The Brookfield Library Art Gallery will present "Water Colours," a photography exhibition by Colin Harrison on view the entire month of March.

This exhibition "presents exquisite photographs of nature that illustrate how 'The Dance of Light and Water' produces a variety of abstract images that are organic and not manipulated," according to a news release from the library.

Harrison, an international award-winning photographer, said the images "are as close to reality as possible."

"If they seem unreal, it is because we, rejecting the infinite variety of our world, chose, eons ago, to make them so," the photograper said.

The public is invited to meet Harrison on March 25 from 2 – 4 p.m. in The Brookfield Library Art Gallery. A virtual version of the exhibition will be available on The Brookfield Library’s website, starting March 1.
