Brookfield Police responded to a residence at 2 Fairview Road at 8:19 p.m. for a report of a disturbance. John Boas, 61, and Michael Daly, 29, were arrested after the investigation.
Saturday, March 6At around 2:17 a.m., Brookfield Police were notified of a grey sedan that was stopped by a New Milford officer and took off. The car vehicle was located in the parking lot of the Mobil gas station. The driver, later identified as Orlando Soto, 18, of Hartford, pulled out onto Route 7 south at a high rate of speed.

The vehicle crashed on the I-84 East junction and both Soto and his passenger, Victor Sierra, 19, of Hartford, fled the vehicle prior to police arrival. One was found near the vehicle and the other jumped off the overpass and was apprehended. Both were taken into custody and transported to Danbury Hospital for injuries sustained in the incident.
Soto is charged with larceny in the first degree, interfering with an officer, disobeying the signal of an officer, reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Sierra is charged with larceny in the first degree and interfering with an officer.

Brian Dunn, 32, of Hawthorne, NJ, was arrested at 10 a.m. on a warrant for larceny in the fourth degree. The investigation, which began in August 2009, involved a personal watercraft trailer not being returned to the owner.
