Wednesday, March 17

At 1 p.m. Brookfield Police responded to a complaint that a male party, identified later as Mark Vacirca, 49, of Brookfield, had entered Spec-Clean, on 4 Sand Cut Road, and did not leave after being asked several times.  Vacirca was located at 5:50 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree.  He was released on a written promise to appear in court on Tuesday, March 30.

Thursday, March 18

Brookfield Police responded to a 911 call from 74 Homestead Lane at 9:30 p.m.  After an investigation, Christopher Moros, 28, was arrested on charges of assault in the third degree (minor injury or intent to cause injury) and strangulation in the third degree.

Wednesday, March 24

Timothy Szepsy, 43, of Brookfield, surrendered himself to Brookfield Police at 10:00 a.m. on a PRAWN warrant for failure to appear in the second degree.  He was processed and transported to Danbury Court.
