At 4:53 p.m., Patsy Cannone, 33, of Danbury, drove past a Brookfield police officer on Federal Road with a flat tire.  Cannone was pulled over on Federal Road in Danbury and the officer reported noticing the odor of alcohol.  Cannone failed a field sobriety test and was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and driving with unsafe tires.  An arraignment was scheduled for Friday, April 9.

An officer responded to 7 Cawdor Burn Road at 12:43 a.m. in regards to a report of a domestic.  An investigation revealed that Olivier Appelghem, 32, of White Plains, NY, allegedly struck his wife in the face with his hand, causing an injury that needed to be treated at Danbury Hospital.  Appelghem allegedly disconnected the phone while the victim was attempting to call the police.  He was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree (minor injury or intent to cause injury).

Officers served an arrest warrant for Christina Frawley, 33, of Brookfield, at 6 Lakeview Road on Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct dated Saturday, March 20.  Frawley was released on $500 bond pending an April 5 court date.
