Brookfield Police were contacted at 2:56 p.m. by Connecticut State Troop L, in Litchfield, stating that they had Stevie Pickle, 21, of New Milford, in custody, whom the Brookfield Police Department had an arrest warrant for. Brookfield officers took Pickle into custody and transported her back to the Department for processing.

At 12:09 a.m., police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at 39 Deer Run Road. After an investigation, Stacey Bencivengo, 42, of Brookfield, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and James Bencivengo, 49, of Brookfield, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court.
