Brennan Balzi, 18, of New Milford, and Christopher Christos, 21, of Brookfield, turned themselves over to Brookfield Police at 6:02 p.m. and 7 p.m., respectively, after learning of warrants for their arrest related to the alleged assault of a juvenile on April 6, 2010. Balzi was charged with breach of the peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree, minor injury or intent to cause injury; Christos was charged with breach of the peace in the second degree. Both were released on written promises to appear in Danbury Superior Court on June 8.

Kelvin Heredia, 22, of Waterbury, was arrested on an active warrant for issuing a bad check. He was processed and released with a promise to appear in court on June 11.
