At 12:17 a.m., Christina Havasi, 41, of Brookfield, was pulled over for allegedly swerving out of her lane. Havasi failed field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane of a multilane highway and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was released on $500 bond pending a court date on June 22.

James Bencivengo, 49, of Brookfield, was arrested at 10 a.m. for violation of a protective order. Bencivengo was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date on June 8.
