At approximately 1:42 a.m., Brookfield police officers investigated suspicious activity in the parking lot of . The investigation resulted in 24-year-old David Oliveira, of Old Forty Acre Mountain Road, Danbury, being arrested for possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms. Oliveira was released on $500 cash bond with a court date set for January 13 in Danbury Superior Court.
