Police Blotter: Man Charged in Larceny Investigation, Brothers Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Vincent Mitchell, 21, of Ridgefield, was arrested on a warrant for larceny charges stemming from an incident at a Flax Hill Road residence on November 3, 2010.

Mitchell was charged with larceny in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree. He was released on $2,500 bond with a court date set for March 8 in Danbury Superior Court.

Officers were dispatched to 41A Secor Road at 12:24 p.m. Upon arrival, officers heard screaming coming from inside the residence and entered through an open garage door. After speaking with all parties involved, brothers Maor Benish, 30, and Shay Benish, 27, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in third degree: minor injury or intent to cause injury.

Both were released on written promises to appear in Danbury Superior Court on February 25.
