State police arrested a New Milford man for driving while intoxicated in Brookfield, Saturday.
Justin Carvalho, 25, of Boxwood Lane, New Milford, was pulled over on Route 202 for having a loud exhaust system. Carvalho denied he had been drinking after officers noticed Carvalho's bloodshot eyes, but he failed alphabet, counting and field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
