Kimberley Hall, 50, and Deanna Hall, 21, both of Brookfield, were arrested at 8:15 p.m. after a verbal dispute over personal property turned physical. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and released on written promises to appear in Danbury Superior Court on January 26.
