Police Blotter: Violation of Probation; Disorderly Dispute
The following arrest information was supplied by the Brookfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, August 30
Christopher Rosini, 24, of Toby Lane, Brookfield was arrested at his residence on an arrest warrant issued by Danbury Superior Court for violation of probation. Rosini was transported to the Brookfield Police Department for processing. He was released after posting bond and given a court date of September 13 at Danbury Superior Court. Bond was set at $35,000.

At 6 a.m., police responded to a possible domestic incident on Cross Pond Drive. Police determined that physical injury was sustained to both of the accused. Anthony Decaro, 52, stated he sustained injury to his neck caused by his wife, Ho Wai Sun. Sun, 45, stated that she sustained injuries to both her forearms caused by Decaro. Both Decaro and Sun were charged with disorderly conduct and released on written promises to appear in Danbury Superior Court.
