Rolling Stop Sign Leads to DUI Charge
Brookfield woman charged with driving under the influence after traffic stop.
Annemarie Scarselletta, 54, of Pine Ridge Road, Brookfield, was observed by a Brookfield police officer driving down Old New Milford Road and failing to stop at a stop sign at the Federal Road intersection.
During the traffic stop, Scarselletta allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for operation under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.
She was released on $500 bond with a court date scheduled for April 30.
