• P&Z Urge Fewer Curb Cuts, Stone Wall Preservation at Proposed 9-Unit Development at Former Acme Overflow Lot (greenwichfreepress.com) — A proposed 9‑unit apartment building on Brookside Drive in Greenwich is drawing scrutiny over its two driveway curb cuts and plans to slice through a historic stone wall built with Byram black granite. Planning & Zoning commissioners want fewer curb cuts, preservation of the wall and trees, and a rethink of exposed “cage” stairwells, even as the project offers just one below‑market workforce unit under the town’s 6‑110 rules.
