Blumenthal's Canton Visit Postponed
The senator's meeting with Canton senior citizens will take place some time in the fall. It was slated to happen Thursday morning.
CANTON, CT — A visit from U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., to the Canton Senior Center has been postponed.
The program was originally slated for 9:30 a.m. at the center, but local officials said it will now take place at a yet-to-be set date in the fall.
An announcement on the new date and time is upcoming.

The senator was expected to discuss various issues impacting seniors and hear from senior citizen constituents about any concerns they might have.
