Canton Senior Lunches – New Schedule, New Choice

Now that Canton Senior lunches have shifted to noon to 1:00PM Mondays and Wednesdays, restaurant offerings have shifted, too.

First Monday of the month – the ever-popular eggplant parm from Little Oak Café.

Other Mondays – meal offerings from Lisa’s Crown & Hammer and Lisa’s Luna Pizza.

Wednesdays – all meals from Dish ‘n Dat as usual.

Menus for the rest of October:

Wed., Oct. 23 – Sloppy Joe sandwich. Greek pasta salad, kettle chips, dessert

Mon., Oct. 28 – Veggie Stromboli, Caesar salad, dessert

Wed., Oct 30 – Salisbury chopped steak, mac ‘n cheese, dessert

Canton residents: $5.00 dine-in; $6.00 takeout / Non-residents: $6.00 dine-in; $7.00 takeout

The November menu will be made available on the town website and Canton Senior & Social Services Facebook page this week. Hard copies are always available at the Senior & Social Services office at 40 Dyer Ave.

Reservations and payment are required in advance, payable at the Senior Center office. Monday lunch RSVPs are due Thursday by noon. Wednesday lunch RSVPs are due Monday by noon. Call 860-693-5811.
