Library Pool Party Postponed A Day In Canton

CANTON, CT — The Canton Public Library's pool party — to celebrate all youngsters who completed their summer reading program — has been pushed back a day.

Originally planned for Tuesday, Aug. 15, the event has now been rescheduled to Wednesday, Aug. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m.at the Mills Pond Pool, 14 East Hill Road, Canton.

It was rescheduled because of weather, with Tuesday being cloudy, rainy and a chance of thunderstorms.

The weather forecast is supposed to be better on Wednesday.
