• Cheshire Public Library Changing Collection Software: Here’s What To Know (patch.com) — Library users in Cheshire should prepare for limited services as the Cheshire Public Library switches its collection software to the Polaris system from May 26 to June 3. During the transition, residents must bring their physical library cards, won’t be able to place holds or interlibrary loans, and online account access and self-checkout will be unavailable.    

• CT Girls Lacrosse Coaches Poll (May 13): 4 teams move up as Darien continues to reign at No. 1 (nhregister.com) — Cheshire High girls lacrosse just dropped a tight 7–6 game to Hand but still appears among teams receiving votes in the latest statewide coaches poll. The rankings highlight how competitive Cheshire remains in a field led by undefeated Darien and several other top programs across Connecticut.
