Apartment Building Eyed For Former Gas Station In Cheshire
A developer is looking to build apartments at the site of a dilapidated former gas station in Cheshire.
CHESHIRE, CT — A developer is looking to build a seven-unit apartment building at the site of a dilapidated former gas station at the intersection of Higgins Road and Route 10 in Cheshire, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports the property is currently zoned for residential use but a zone change would be needed for an apartment building to be built.
