Cheshire Doctor Disciplined By State Medical Board: Report
Three doctors in the state were disciplined by the board this week.

CHESHIRE, CT — A doctor from Cheshire was disciplined this week by the state Medical Examining Board for discarding patient files in a dumpster while closing his medical practice in Waterbury earlier this year, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.
Kate Farrish of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports Dr. Stephen Harris, who didn’t contest the allegation, will have his license suspended for six months and was ordered to take courses in ethics and patient confidentially during the probation. Harris was one of three doctors disciplined by the state this week.
