Down the road in New Haven, the Shoreline Summer Festival offers a full day of live music and arts for all ages. Ticket price includes all-day admission and re-entry, with 30 bands across two stages as well as a food and vendor fair; craft beer is available for guests aged 21+.

The Orange Volunteer Fire Department (OVFD) Carnival returns this summer, bringing a full weekend of family-friendly fun to Orange and the surrounding communities. Attendees of all ages can enjoy carnival rides, food, games and the world-famous raffle, with all proceeds benefiting OVFD and its volunteers. If you’re coming by on Saturday night, stick around for the fireworks show!

Clinton’s Celebration of America, hosted by the Clinton Arts Council, will take over the town for a full day (and night) of patriotic festivities. From handcrafts and historical activities to picnic lunch to live musical performances, there’s something for everyone to celebrate our country’s 250th.

The North Branford Poco (Potato and Corn) Festival returns to the area for another year of fun, including tractor pullers, a circus and motocross show, beer and wine, and plenty of rides and games. For even more summer magic, there’s a fireworks show on Saturday night (rain date Sunday).
