CLINTON, CT — The Clinton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold an Oct. 21 public hearing on a setback variance for a house at 96 Shore Road and two matters involving a garage addition at 112 Long Hill Road, including an appeal of a decision revoking zoning approval.
The hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium at William Stanton Andrews Memorial Town Hall, 54 East Main St..
Anthony Bolduc is seeking a variance for property at 96 Shore Road under ZBA-26-9. Gary and Barbara Corliss are listed as the property owners.
