Each month during the school year, Clinton Rotary Club celebrates a Morgan School Student of the Month by hosting a dinner in honor of the student and presents a plaque with the name of each Student of the Month engraved on individual name-plates. The plaque is kept on display at the school. Every Student of the Month is given a Rotary pen, “Four Way Test” coin and a framed certificate. On March 26, 2015, Clinton Rotary Club celebrated Morgan School’s Student of the Month, Senior Karli Robertson. It was an exciting evening for all. Nominating Teacher, Jan O’Brien, introduced Karli and gave a wonderful presentation of this student’s accomplishments.

Karli Robertson is a recognized student leader and role model. During her sophomore year, she examined her priorities and values. She vowed to be a positive person and make a difference in the Morgan School Community. She utilized her own personal experiences to speak out against bullying at a large school assembly. For the past several years, she has participated in a summer ninth grade transitional program called STEP as well as Ninth Grade Mentoring. Karli has attended two all day leadership workshops for mentoring plus three leadership workshops for STEP. She is a student that can be counted on to be an upbeat influence on other students.
