Clinton's North High Street Closure Canceled

The rainy weather in the forecast prompted the cancelation.

The railroad underpass on North High Street was initially scheduled for closure from Wednesday, Oct. 22, through Thursday, October 23, to address considerable deterioration of pavement in the south bound lane in the underpass and additional deterioration in the north and southbound lanes between the underpass and Route 1.

The closure has been canceled due to the weather forecast and will be rescheduled, according to the Clinton Department of Public Works.

“The work scheduled on October 22nd and October 23rd for the railroad underpass on North High Street has been canceled due to weather and rescheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 11 p.m., through Wednesday, Oct. 29, 5 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change.”
