I cannot believe we are at this point already. And my bold prediction is Lauren Alaina will be the Chris Daughtry of this season. Bye Lauren. I’m sorry you were always scared to go for those big, high notes that everyone wanted you to go for.

Bones, 9 p.m., Fox

Last week’s episode was one of those outstanding iterations that reminds me why I love this show. Every time they focus on Temperance’s past, and how it shaped her, and her inability to act, well, “human,” much of the time (but how that doesn’t mean she isn’t human), it is a great episode. And Emily Deschanel is a terrific actress. Tonight, I think we are either wrapping up or are close to wrapping up the sniper story arc.

Bad Dog!, 10 p.m., Animal Planet
