Sister of Missing Clinton Teen Asks Him to Come Home

Sam Foley was last seen on Friday, August 15, and police believe he may be in the Brooklyn, N.Y., area.

Six days after 16-year-old Sam Foley of Clinton went missing, his sister is pleading for her brother to come home.

“We want to take care of you and want to give you the love that you need and I want to assure that you’re not in trouble and that you need to come home,” Kate Foley said in the WTNH broadcast shared below.

Foley has undisclosed special needs and is vulnerable, according to the broadcast.

Police said the family confirmed that Sam took a train from New Haven to New York City and Sgt. Jeremiah Dunn is quoted as saying he got off the train at 125th Street and may be in the Brooklyn area.

Dunn said he believes Sam does not have a cell phone, computer or other communication tools.
