Team Fox Benefit With Dala

Visit www.thekate.org for tickets or call 860.510.0453

Dala, the award-winning Canadian folk duo, returns to the Kate as the headliners of a Team Fox benefit for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research presented by Sonny Whelen. Parkinson's disease is a chronic, degenerative neurological disorder that affects one in 100 people over age 60 and The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease through an aggressively funded research agenda while ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today. Afflicted with the disease himself (as is Mr. Whelen), Michael J. Fox says "The cures we want aren't going to fall from the sky. We have to get ladders and climb up and get them." Your purchase of a ticket to this event will help build those ladders.
