The Will Power Morning Cocktail

Hey everyone!

Will here, from Will Power Personal Training. I just threw up a post in on my website (http://www.personaltrainersct.com/apple-cider-vinegar.html) about how important it is to have Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning! People loved it, but many of them we're surprised that they never knew about it.

So I figured - I'd give my buddies over at Patch the heads up!

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper

Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Optional Addons:

1 tablespoon of local honey

a little ginger

FYI - This Tastes Like Garbage!!!

Seriously, this tastes disgusting! You could certainly add in some extra honey, or plug your nose to try to make the Will Power Morning Cocktail a little more palatable.
