2 Danbury Restaurants Hit With Liquor License Suspensions
Both establishments violated regulations regarding hours of operation, according to state officials.
DANBURY, CT — Two restaurants were recently tapped with liquor license suspensions, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Commission.
Franco's Deli & Pizza, at 54 Liberty Street, will face a two-day suspension, July. 19-20, 2024, for violation of regulations concerning its hours of operation.
La Estacion Five, at 5 Ives Street, paid a $650 fine and was suspended on July 2 for violation of the same statute.

The establishments listed above were suspended after either a formal hearing in which the Liquor Control Commission found a violation of state liquor laws, or entering into a voluntary agreement to settle allegations without a finding of fault.
