Arraignment Postponed for Danbury Teacher Accused of Sexual Assault
The teacher was due to appear in court today.

Kayla Mooney, the Danbury teacher accused of second-degree sexual assault, had her arraignment postponed to next week, the News Times reports.
Mooney, 24 was due to appear today.

The investigation was conducted by the Danbury Police Department Special Investigation Unit after the incident was reported by Danbury High School administrators on Feb. 10. Mooney has been on administrative leave since Feb. 10.
She will appear in court April 27.
