Where Do Faith and Public Policy Meet? Ridgefield Clergy Convene on America’s Moral Crisis

What is our responsibility when the vulnerable are left behind? How do our values shape the choices we make for our community and our nation?
Join your neighbors for an open, candid community discussion led by local clergy from across faith traditions:
- The Rev. Dr. Whitney Altopp – St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church
- The Rev. Beth Anderson – St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church
- Rabbi David Levy Reiner – Congregation Shir Shalom
- The Rev. James Watson – First Congregational Church
The panel will explore what ancient scriptures and shared moral traditions demand of us today: What does it truly mean to love our neighbor when people are turned away or marginalized? How do we carry our deepest convictions into the public square? How do we allow our morals to shape our vote?
All community members—regardless of background, belief, or political party—are warmly invited to listen, reflect, and engage.
