City Partners With Danbury Sports Dome For Summer Camp Program

The summer camp program is limited to 250 campers per week on a first come, first served basis.

DANBURY, CT — The city will be partnering with The Danbury Sports Dome for the summer 2022 summer camp program.

Mayor Dean Esposito made the announcement on Wednesday:

"I want to thank the Danbury Sports Dome for partnering with the City of Danbury to give our children an enhanced and expanded summer camp offering this year. Now more than ever, we must provide the vital resources for our children to excel, and this approach will take our summer camps to the next level,"Esposito said in a statement.

The summer camp program is limited to 250 campers per week on a first come, first served basis. Each child must be a resident of Danbury to register. Sign-ups can be for single or multiple weeks.

The program is for 1st grade through 8th grade and costs $100 dollars per week per camper.

Week 1: June 20th -June 24th
Week 2: June 27th -July 1st
Week 3: July 5th - July 8th
Week 4: July 11 th -July 15th
Week 5: July 18th -July 22nd
Week 6: July 25th -July 29th
Week 7: August 1st -August 5th
