Danbury 311 Service Now Available 24/7

Residents will be able to get their questions or concerns addressed at any time of the day.

The Danbury 311 service is now operational 24/7.

The city announced the new hours July 2 and they come as part of Danbury’s “City of the Future” initiative.

Resident can call the non-emergency call system to get information or report issues regarding city services.

Calls regarding issues and concerns that are in need of additional research or resources enter an automated escalation process. Residents can then expect a call from city representatives with the status of a resolution.

The service is accessible by calling 311 or 203-744-4311.
